(Oral) CRM-11461-2024 By way of filing the instant application, the applicant/petitioners seek advancement of date of hearing of the main case, which is presently fixed for 22.08.2024.

Learned counsel for the applicant/petitioners submitted that the applicant/petitioners being student are mainly interested in expeditious disposal of the trial and that he does not wish to press upon the present petition at this stage and that he may be permitted to withdraw the same.
