RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Petitioner has approached this Court praying for setting aside the requisition, dated 30.06.2021, Annexure P-3, sent by respondent No.1 to Deputy Commissioner, Fazilka, for passing the eviction order under Section 52(2) of the Wakf Act as well as for setting aside the enquiry report dated 31.03.2021, Annexure P-2, passed by respondent No.3 ex parte, without hearing the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of present petitioner with liberty to the petitioner to avail alternative remedy as available to him under the law.

Allowed as prayed for.
