(Oral) CM-7773-CII-2017 On 05.01.2024, the following order was passed: "This is a Revision Petition filed by the petitioners against an order dated 09.12.2008 (Annexure P-1) passed by learned Additional Civil Judge (Sr. Division), Gurdaspur, whereby warrants of possession had been ordered to be issued. Learned counsel appearing for respondent No.1 submits that during the pendency of these proceedings, fresh warrants of possession had been issued, which were also challenged by the petitioners herein by filing a separate Civil Revision Petition i.e. CR-3381-2023. Learned counsel appearing for respondent No.1 seeks a short accommodation to place on record a copy of the fresh warrants of possession as well as order passed in CR-33812023. At his request, adjourned to 12.01.2024."
In reference to the above extracted order, learned counsel for the non-applicants/petitioners submits that the Civil Revision Petition (CR-3381-2023) preferred by the petitioners against the fresh warrants of possession stands dismissed, therefore, nothing survives in the present Revision and the same is rendered infructuous. On request of both the parties, the main case (CR-7088-2008), which was ordered to be heard along with R.S.A No. 1815 of 2001 vide order dated 14.05.2013, is taken on board today itself. CR-7088-2008 In view of the above, the present revision is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
