**** RAJ MOHAN SINGH, J. (Oral) The case has been taken up for hearing through video conferencing.

Petitioner seeks grant of anticipatory bail under Section 438 Cr.P.C in case bearing FIR No.220 dated 04.08.2018 registered under Sections 148, 149, 323, 302, 506 IPC, at Police Station Punhana District, Nuh.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has appeared before the trial Court in compliance of the order dated 24.01.2020 and has been released on interim bail. Earlier he was found innocent by the Police and he has been summoned with the aid of Section 319 Cr.P.C as an additional accused.

Learned State counsel on instructions from the Investigating Officer admits the aforesaid fact and submits that the petitioner is no more required for further investigation in the case.
