CR No. 5589 of 2014 The instant petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, seeking to set aside the order dated 19.05.2011 (Annexure P-1) passed by the trial Court, whereby application filed by the petitioner under Order XXXIX Rules 1 and 2 read with Section 151 of the code of Civil Procedure (CPC) was dismissed and the order dated 27.09.2013 (Annexure P-2), passed by the learned Appellate Court, dismissing the appeal filed by the petitioner against the order of the trial Court. CR No. 5589 of 2014 -2At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner confines his prayer qua a direction to the trial Court for disposal of the main suit expeditiously and in a time bound manner. Learned counsel further submits that the evidence of the petitioner-plaintiff has already been closed and that only two witnesses of the respondent-defendants remain to be examined. In view of the above, the instant petition is disposed of with a direction to the trial Court to dispose of the suit within a period of six months from the date already fixed before it.
