JASWANT SINGH, J (ORAL) The tenant is in revision directed against order dated 04.8.2017 passed by the learned District Judge, Ludhiana whereby their application for transfer of an ejectment petition from the court of Sh. Rajinder Singh, Rent Controller, Ludhiana to any other Court has been dismissed.

The ground of transfer sought is that the landlord is openly proclaiming that "he had developed strong links with the Judge i.e Rent Controller concerned". The request has been declined being absolutely vague and because of baseless allegations being made.

After arguing for some time and having been confronted with the dismissal of the petition with heavy costs, learned counsel prays for withdrawal of this petition. Dismissed as withdrawn.
