***** ARCHANA PURI, J. (Oral) Challenge in the present revision petition is to the two affirmatory orders, passed by learned Rent Controller, which was further affirmed by the Appellate Authority, with regard to the eviction order, on the ground of personal necessity.
At this stage, counsel for the petitioner/tenant submits that the petitioner is ready to vacate the tenanted premises and seeks four months time, from today onwards, to vacate the same. This offer made is acceptable to the counsel for the respondent/landlord.
In view of the amicable settlement, so reached, to vacate the demised premises, it is hereby ordered that the petitioner shal vacate the demised premises, within a period of four months from today onwards i.e. by 25.07.2026, and handover the vacant possession of the same to the respondent/landlord.

CR-5609-2006 (O&M) In view of the undertaking, so given and the consensual order, passed, on the basis of consensus reached between the parties, at this stage, counsel for the petitioner submits that he does not want to pursue with the present revision petition and the same be dismissed as withdrawn. Ordered accordingly.
However, the petitioner shall remain bound by the statement, so made, by his counsel, at his behest.
