IN THE HIGH COURT OF PUNJAB AND HARYANA AT

CHANDIGARH CR-5454-2018 (O&M) Date of decision: 01.05.2023 Guru Nanak Education Trust, Sangrur (regd)

...Petitioner

VS Rajiv Bansal

...Respondent

CORAM: HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE ARUN MONGA

Present:

None for the petitioner.

*** ARUN MONGA, J. (ORAL) Petition herein has been filed for setting aside order dated 07.01.2016 passed by learned Rent Controller and order dated 23.02.2018 passed by learned Appellate Authority, dismissing ejectment petition filed by petitioner/landlord from the demised premises. 2.

Matter was taken up for hearing on 11.01.2023, none appeared for petitioner. In the interest of justice, it was adjourned to today i.e., 01.05.2023 and Registry was asked to inform learned counsel for the petitioner(s) about the next date of hearing. As per office report, needful has been done. On resumed hearing, yet none appears on behalf of petitioner. 3.

It seems that revision petition filed before this Court is either rendered infructuous, that is why no one is appearing or even otherwise petitioner- trust is not interested to prosecute the instant petition. 4.

Be that as it may, dismissed in default.

5.

Pending application(s), if any, shall also stand disposed of. (ARUN MONGA) JUDGE 01.05.2023 Vandana Whether speaking/reasoned:
