The present petition pertains to the year 2016. Vide order dated 19.04.2024 notices were issued to the parties. As per the office report the petitioner stands duly served. Today the matter has been called twice. However, none has put in appearance on behalf of the petitioner despite service. It appears that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the present petition. In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present petition for non-prosecution.
