(ORAL) The present revision petition is directed against the impugned order dated 28.05.2015 (Annexure P-3) passed by the Additional District Judge, Bathinda, whereby the appeal filed by the petitioner against the order dated 22.04.2013 (Annexure P-1) passed by the Addl. Civil Judge (Senior Division), Bathinda, allowing the application under Order 39 Rule 1 and 2 CPC filed by the respondent(s)/plaintiff(s), has been dismissed. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that both the parties have led their evidence and the suit has reached at the stage of final arguments and one application under Order 1 Rule 10 CPC had been moved. Without commenting upon the merits and demerits of the matter as it will seriously prejudice the right of the parties, I deem it appropriate to dispose of the present revision petition by upholding the Yogesh Sharma 2018.04.02 09:56 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CR-5891-2015 impugned order, under challenge owing to the fact the suit is ripe for arguments.

It is expected that the trial Court shall decide the suit as expeditiously as possible.
