**** GURBIR SINGH , J. (ORAL) The prayer in the present petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No. 184 dated 11.11.2022 under Sections 436, 452, 427, 457, 380, 506, 148, 149 IPC, 1860 registered at Police Station Kamboj, District Amritsar. Learned State counsel states that petitioner has joined the investigation. Nothing is to be recovered from the petitioner. There is no direct allegation of pouring oil against the petitioner. There is no specific role attributed to the petitioners. Vide order dated 25.01.2023, the petitioner was granted the interim protection.
Learned State counsel submits that in compliance of the order dated 25.01.2023 the petitioner has already joined the investigation and he is not required for any custodial interrogation.
