ARUN MONGA, J. (ORAL) Grievance of the petitioner herein is qua non-relaxation of marks obtained by him in Urdu language, which is a pre requisite qualification qua the posts advertised by the respondents. 2.

While issuing notice of motion, this Court had passed the following order:- "Notice of motion, returnable for 19.03.2021. In the meanwhile, the competent authority is directed to pass a speaking order on the pending representation dated 11.01.2021 (Annexure P-8) within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order and place copy of the order so passed on the Court file on or before the next date of hearing."

candidates, who had secured lesser marks than the qualifying marks had approached this Court vide CWP No.1792 of 2021 decided on 25.02.2021 and this Court was pleased to dismiss the petition by observing that relaxation cannot be given as the same would be against the advertised conditions (Annexure R-4).

Confronted with the same, learned counsel for the petitioner states that he was not aware of the earlier proceedings having been instituted by similarly situated candidates.

I see no reason to interfere. In any case, goal posts cannot be changed once the match has begun.
