01.05.2025 CRM-17382-2025 in/and CRM-M-3604-2025 This is an application to place on record the reply as well as notification dated 28.07.2023 and letter dated 14.09.2001 i.e. Annexures R-1 and R-2 respectively. In view of the contents and prayer clause of the application, the same is allowed. Reply and Annexures R-1 and R-2 are taken on record.

Main Cases Case of the state is that complainant-Chand Kaur had expired in the year 1989 whereas GPA was executed in the year 1998.

Let the investigator verify this aspect and hand over the documents pertaining to the death of complainant- Chand Kaur and how the investigator came to know about the death of Chand Kaur in the year 1989.

List on 12.05.2025.

Interim order to continue till the next date of hearing subject to petitioner joining investigation on 05.05.2025 and 06.05.2025 at 10:00 am in the concerned police station. In case, he fails to do so, on this ground alone, interim protection shall stand vacated.
