This is the second petition filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C seeking grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.258 dated 12.12.2019 registered under Section 22 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 at Police Station Rama Mandi, District Police Commissionerate Jalandhar (Annexure P-1).

Having argued for some time and sensing that the Court is not inclined to agree with his submissions, counsel for the petitioner seeks and is granted permission to withdraw the petition. Dismissed as withdrawn.
