(ORAL) Present revision petition is to modify order dated 29.11.2017 passed by learned Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal, Rewari whereby application for releasing Fixed Deposit amount in cash to petitioner, was partly allowed.

Learned counsel for respondent No.3-Insurance Company points out that revision petition before this Court has been rendered infructuous by sheer passage of time. He states that during interregnum, Fixed Deposit amount in question had matured in the year-2022 and therefore, no further orders are warranted qua the same.

In view of aforesaid statement, revision petition is disposed of as infructuous with liberty to petitioner to file appropriate application, in case, he still has any out-surviving grievance.

Pending application(s), if any, shall also stand disposed of.
