(ORAL) The present petition has been filed for quashing of FIR No.138, dated 15.11.2019, registered at Police Station Phase-11, SAS Nagar, Mohali under Sections 406 & 420 IPC (Annexure P-1) on the basis of compromise (Annexure P-2).

Pursuant to order dated 10.03.2023, report dated 27.04.2023 has been received from Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate, SAS Nagar, Mohali, according to which, the statements of the parties have been recorded and the compromise is genuine and has been arrived at between them without any coercion or undue influence. 3.

In view of the above, the petition is allowed and FIR No.138, dated 15.11.2019, registered at Police Station Phase-11, SAS Nagar, Mohali under Sections 406 & 420 IPC (Annexure P-1) along with all consequential proceedings having arisen therefrom, is quashed qua the petitioners.
