The petitioner before this Court is the plaintiff. Her suit for the grant of decree of possession is pending before the trial court. 2.
On an application filed by Jaswinder Kaur daughter of Harbans Singh, she has been impleaded as a party-defendant to the suit. It is the case of the petitioner that he purchased the property from Shinder Kaur daughter of Harbans Singh. Jaswinder Kaur, while filing the application, claims that she is the only daughter of Harbans Singh. In such circumstances, the trial Court has allowed the application filed by Jaswinder Kaur. 3.
The correctness of the aforesaid order has been challenged in this revision petition. The learned counsel representing the petitioner contends that the property in dispute was purchased by the petitioner from the daughter of Harbans Singh vide registered sale deed, therefore, in this DEEPAK KUMAR BHARDWAJ 2023.10.16 10:26 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document suit, she is only seeking the relief of possession against Karnail Singh.

This Court has considered the submissions. The plaintiff's suit is based on the plaintiff's ownership rights. It is an admitted fact that Harbans Singh was the owner of the property. Jaswinder Kaur claims to be the only daughter of Harbans Singh. In such circumstances, the trial Court, in exercise of its discretion, has allowed Jaswinder Kaur to contest the suit. 5.
Keeping in view the aforesaid facts, no ground is made out to interfere. Consequently, the present revision petition is dismissed. 6.
The miscellaneous application(s) pending, if any, shall stand disposed of.
