By way of present writ petition, petitioner seeks issuance of necessary directions to respondents No.2 and 3 to protect her life and personal liberty from being invaded by respondents No.5 and 6.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied in case her representation is decided within a time bound manner in accordance with law. By raising some incriminating allegation against respondents No.5 and 6, petitioner submits that her representation dated 12/15.01.2022 be ordered to be considered by respondent No.3 in accordance with law. CWP No. 2095 of 2022 -2Petitioner has raised allegations of her blackmailing at the instance of private respondents and has also alleged sending of some fake obscene photographs of the petitioner on her mobile by the private respondents and the private respondents have pressurized the petitioner to meet them. Notice of motion.

On the asking of the Court, Mr. T.P.S. Chawla, D.A.G., Punjab accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. In view of nature of order which this Court proposes to pass, there is no necessity of calling upon response from the respondents at this stage, as no order prejudicial to the interest of any party is being passed.
