**** HARNARESH SINGH GILL , J. (ORAL) The petitioner seeks regular bail in FIR No. 0223 dated 22.11.2019 under Sections 22/29 of Narcotics and Drugs Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 registered at Police Station Sadar Sangrur, District Sangrur.

Learned counsel for the petitioner at the outset states that in the present case, the FSL report has not been received yet. This factum has not been disputed by the learned State counsel. However, it has been submitted that 6000 intoxicant tablets of Clovidol 100-SR were recovered from the petitioner.

As per the Division Bench of this Court in case of 'Inderjeet Singh @ Laddi and others versus State of Punjab 2014(3) R.C.R. (Criminal) 953' in the case where the FSL report is awaited and is likely to be delayed, the accused can be released on interim bail. CRM-M No. 3834 of 2020 -2In view of the above, without commenting anything on the merits, lest it should prejudice the case of either side, the petitioner is granted interim bail, subject to furnishing bail/surety bonds to the satisfaction of the learned trial Court/Duty Magistrate concerned, till the receipt of FSL report. On receipt of FSL report, the petitioner would surrender before the learned trial Court.

Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
