(Oral) This is a petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C for quashing of FIR bearing No.133 dated 03.11.2019 registered under Sections 324, 323, 341, 34 IPC and (offence under Section 307 IPC added later on) at Police Station Sadar Ahmedgarh District Malerkota (Sangrur) and all subsequent proceedings arising out of the same, on the basis of compromise dated 28.12.2021.

Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that in the present case, the petitioners may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a fresh petition in case Section 307 IPC is deleted or in case no charges are framed under Section 307 IPC. Dismissed as withdrawn, with the liberty aforesaid.
