Today, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. 3.

As per office report dated 25.08.2025, learned counsel for the petitioner has still not furnished correct address of the respondent, as such, fresh notice could not be issued to him.

It seems that the petitioner has lost interest in the present case and he does not wish to pursue the same.

Dismissed for non-prosecution.
