CRM-42937-2021 in/and CRM-M-3736-2020 /2/ prepared by the doctors at Community Health Centre, Sisai, Hisar, and for the issuance of directions for the constitution of a Medical Board by some other Government Hospital/PGI, Chandigarh, to prepare a fresh post-mortem report and for the issuance of directions to respondent No.1 to arrest the accused persons.

On the last date of hearing i.e. 01.02.2020, learned State counsel was directed to apprise this Court about the status of the case before the trial Court.

Today, learned State counsel submits that in the present case, the challan stands presented and the charges are yet to be framed. Faced with the situation, learned counsel for the petitioner wants to withdraw the present petition with liberty to avail of the appropriate remedy before the trial Court, in accordance with law.
