Elementary School on 01.07.1981 and regularized on 20.11.2012, Annexure P-7. Learned counsel for the petitioner relies on the judgment of this Court in Jeewan Lata vs. State of Punjab and others, CWP-10238-2017, decided on 10.05.2019, Annexure P-10. In this regard, a representation dated 14.09.2022, Annexure P-9, has been submitted however the same have yet not evoked any response. He thus, on instructions, prays that a direction is given to respondent Nos.1 and 2 to decide the same in a time bound manner, to which learned State counsel has no objection to the limited prayer made.

2.

Upon doing so, after notice and hearing offered to her and if found entitled, grant the benefit forthwith. Needless to say, if the orders are adverse to her interest, the same shall contain reasons and the petitioner shall be free to seek legal redress thereupon.
