JASWANT SINGH, J (ORAL) The tenant has directed this revision against order dated 02.08.2017 (P.1) passed by the learned Rent Controller, Amritsar whereby his application under Order 7 Rule 14 CPC for directing the landlords to produce certain documents, has been dismissed with costs.

After arguing for some time and having failed to convince this Court, learned counsel craves for leave of this Court to withdraw the present revision petition.
