CRM No. 16830 of 2023 This is an application seeking seeking pre-arrest bail to the petitioner in newly added Sections 313 and 506 IPC.

Since the aforestated offences have been added later on vide DDR No. 21 dated 10.4.2023 in the present case, the application is allowed. CRM-M No. 3794 of 2023 Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Balwinder Kaur, submits that pursuant to the order dated 24.1.2023, the petitioner has joined the investigation. He further submits that now offences under Sections 313 and 506 IPC have been added on the basis of medical record of the complainant dated 18.2.2021.

Besides, the petitioner has already joined the investigation, and nothing is to be recovered from him.

In these circumstances, the petition is allowed and the interim order dated 24.1.2023 is made absolute.
