No.25 dated 08.06.2019 registered under Sections 323, 324, 447, 511, 506, 148 and 149 IPC at Police Station Tanda, District Hoshiarpur, and all the subsequent proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of compromise dated 04.01.2021 (Annexure P-3), effected in between the parties. Pursuant to orders dated 04.02.2021, of this Court, the parties appeared before the Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Dasuya, on 12.02.2021 to get their statements recorded. Learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Dasuya, submitted her report along with copies of statements of the parties vide letter No.166 dated 02.04.2021, duly forwarded by the learned District and Sessions Judge, Hoshiarpur, vide letter No.7803 RAVINDER SINGH 2021.11.03 13:21 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

According to the report, learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Dasuya, is satisfied that compromise effected between the parties is genuine and no accused has been declared as proclaimed offender. Considering the report of Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Dasuya, and the fact that the compromise will bring peace and harmony between the parties, aforesaid cross-case registered vide G.D. No.25 dated 08.06.2019 and all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom, are quashed, qua the petitioners only.

Disposed of accordingly.
