(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for issuance of direction to respondents No.2 to 4 to enhance the offence under Section 302 IPC with Sections 323, 506, 34 IPC in case FIR No.0530 dated 01.09.2018 pertaining to Police Station Safidon, District Jind.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that purpose would be achieved in case respondent No.3 - Superintendent of Police, Jind, is directed to decide representation dated 29.11.2018 (Annexure P-1) moved by the petitioner, in a time-bound manner.

Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and after perusing the paper-book, but without commenting on merits of the case, instant petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3 - Superintendent of Police, Jind, to look into the representation of the RAVINDER SINGH 2019.01.24 11:08 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document petitioner dated 29.11.2018 (Annexure P-1) and decide the same after
