(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.363 dated 14.12.2018 registered under Sections 61/78 of the Excise Act, 1914 at Police Station Talwandi Sabo, District Bathinda (Punjab). According to the prosecution, petitioner was smuggling 50 boxes containing 12 bottles each of countrymade liquor from Haryana to Punjab in a vehicle make XYLO.

Heard.

Considering the seriousness of allegations against the petitioner, his custodial interrogation is necessary. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Dismissed.
