KARAMJIT SINGH , J. (Oral) Present petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking directions to respondents No.2 and 3 to comply with provisions of Section 160 Cr.P.C. by giving notice in advance in case presence of the petitioner is required by the police.

In case the petitioner is required by the police in any criminal case, proper advance notice be issued to him in accordance with provisions of Cr.P.C. by the concerned police officials. The present petition is hereby disposed on in the aforesaid terms.
