An application, filed by the plaintiff for permission to lead additional evidence in order to prove the excerpt of the revenue record, has been dismissed by the trial Court. The suit is at the stage of rebuttal evidence and arguments.

The plaintiff, while filing the suit, has claimed that the property is Joint Hindu Family Ancestral Coparcenary Property. The suit was filed on 08.05.2013. The trial Court has found that the plaintiff has already been granted sufficient opportunities to lead evidence. 3.

The excerpt is only a summary of the revenue record prepared by the revenue officials. If the property is Joint Hindu Family Ancestral Coparcenary Property, the party is required to prove the same by leading primary or secondary evidence.
