Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the petitioner is challenging the selection process for the post in question undertaken by the respondents with respect to advertisement No. 22/2023 dated 16.03.2023 (Annexure P-1), but at this stage, the petitioner will be satisfied in case, the information regarding as to how and under which criteria, the petitioner has been evaluated while conducting the selection process by the respondents, is given to him. 2.

Notice of motion.

Mr. Harish Nain, AAG, Haryana, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents and submits that in case, the petitioner has any grievance with regard to the selection process undertaken by the respondents, he is free to file a representation with the authority concerned claiming the information regarding criteria under which the petitioner has been evaluated while conducting the selection process and in case any such representation is filed by the petitioner, the same will be considered and an appropriate RIYA 2024.01.29 11:15 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that keeping in view the statement of learned State counsel, the present petition may kindly be disposed of having been not pressed any further but liberty be given to the petitioner that in case, the petitioner is still aggrieved qua the selection process undertaken by the respondents, he can avail appropriate remedy before appropriate Forum in accordance with law. 5.
