Seeking quashing of the order dated 05.12.2018 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, Faridabad, petitioner has come up before this Court by filing the present petition under Section 482 CrPC.

On the last date of hearing, petitioner was absent and Coordinate Bench of this Court had vacated the interim order having regard to conduct of the petitioner. Today again, petitioner is unrepresented.

Counsel appearing for respondent No.2 submits that a compromise has been effected between the parties but petitioner's absence on two consecutive dates prima facie does not validate the compromise.

Given above, petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. Pending applications, if any, stand disposed of.
