(Oral) The petitioner seeks grant of the anticipatory bail in Criminal Complaint COMI No.50 of 2015 dated 25.03.2015 under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B IPC pending in the Court of ACJM, Taran Taran titled as 'Jaswant Kaur vs. Gurlal Singh and others' (Annexure P-1). In pursuance to the interim order dated 03.02.2022 passed by this Court, the petitioner-Daljit Singh has been admitted to bail by the Court of the ACJM, Taran Taran.

In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed by this Court. However, the petitioner shall continue to appear before the Trial Court.
