(Oral) Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that this petition has been rendered infructuous as the petitioner has been acquitted in the case FIR No.143, dated 04.10.2017 registered under Sections 341, 323, 506, 325, 34 of Indian Penal Code, 1860 at Police Station Kot Ise Khan, District Moga (Annexure P-1).
Learned State counsel assisted by Sh. ASI Charnjit Singh and learned counsel for the complainant have admitted the said fact. In view of the above-said submissions, the present petition has been rendered infructuous.
