Review Applicants/private respondents 8 to 11 are seeking review of the order dated 9.1.2019 passed by this Court whereby the main writ petition was disposed of primarily on the undertaking by respondent-Guru Nanak Dev University,Amritsar to reconduct the exam which was in question.

Applicants upon such re-conduct of the exam do not fall within the selected candidates although in the original list their names did find mention.

This Court vide order dated 23.1.2019 had issued notice RAJINDER PARSHAD JOSHI 2020.01.18 11:42 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

RA-CW-41/2019 in CWP 23841 of 2018 344-572 in the present Review Application to the limited extent of granting damages to the applicants by the University.

At the time of resumed hearing today, reply on behalf of respondents 2 to 7 has been produced in Court and the same is taken on record.

Ms.Brar,learned counsel for the Review Applicants, upon instructions, prays for permission to withdraw the Review Application. In view of the oral statement made at the Bar the Review Application is dismissed as withdrawn.
