(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, in case FIR No.155 dated 05.10.2022 under Sections 420 and 120-B of IPC 1860 registered at Police Station, Sardulgarh, Police Distt. Mansa. Learned State counsel, on instructions from SI Balwinder Singh, submits that in compliance of order dated 24.01.2023, petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for further interrogation. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, order dated 24.01.2023 passed by this Court is made absolute. Disposed of accordingly.
