By way of this petition, petitioner has challenged the order whereby provisional rent was assessed by the Rent Controller. Since the Civil Revision No. 5823 of 2014, wherein petitioner had challenged his ejectment order dated 15.11.2013 as well as the order passed by the Appellate Authority dated 5.8.2014, has been dismissed by this Court, this petition challenging the order passed by the Rent Controller assessing the provisional rent, is rendered infructuous and is disposed of accordingly.
