The present revision petition has been filed.questioning the correctness of the order passed by the trial Court while closing the plaintiff's evidence.

The learned counsel representing the petitioner contends that the plaintiff had summoned the officials along with the record and on appearance, they have stated that they were unable to trace out some of the record. He further submits that Virender Singh, Daftar Kanungo, Assandh, has stated that some time may be given to produce the record. However, thereafter, the trial Court closed the plaintiff's evidence. 3.

The suit filed by the plaintiff is based upon the official record maintained by the government. Hence, production of the aforesaid record is important for proper decision of the case. Civil Revision No. 5644 of 2018 (O&M) Court has erred in overlooking the fact that on 20.04.2018, Daftar Kanungo has sought time for production of record.

Keeping in view the aforesaid facts, let Daftar Kanungo be summoned while directing him to produce the relevant record. The order passed by the trial Court, on 20.07.2018, shall stand modified. Mr. Harsh Vardhan Shehrawat, Assistant Advocate General, Haryana, appearing for the State of Haryana, has been impressed upon to ensure that the government record is produced before the trial Court as and when requisitioned 5.

With the observations made above, the present revision petition is disposed of. The miscellaneous application(s) pending, if any, shall also stand disposed of.
