***** AMOL RATTAN SINGH, J. (ORAL) ase heard via

Vide this petition, the petitioner seeks the concession of 'regular bail' under the provisions of Section 439 of the Cr.P.C., upon FIR no.183, dated 30.06.2021, having been registered at Police Station Urban Estate, Hisar, alleging therein the commission of offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468 and 471 of the IPC.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, other than pointing to the fact that other than the enquiry report Annexure P-2 stating that the signatures of the petitioner had been forged, submits that even so, out of fear the petitioner has deposited the entire amount as is alleged to have been wrongly transferred to the account of a person other than the beneficiary of the LIC policy. -2Learned State counsel on query does not deny that the said amount has been deposited, as per instructions from SI Sahab Ram.. That being so, !

, the petition is allowed and the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail, subject to his furnishing adequate bail bonds and surety bonds to the satisfaction of the trial court/Duty Magistrate concerned.
