DEEPAK SIBAL, J. (ORAL) The present petition is directed against the order dated 22.05.2018 passed by the Additional District Judge, Mohali (for short, the Trial Court) through which the respondent-husband has been directed to pay to the petitioner-wife a monthly sum of `15,000/- as interim maintenance and `10,000/- as one time litigation expenses have also been granted to the petitioner. The petitioner claims that monthly maintenance @ `30,000/- should have been granted.

Learned counsel for the petitioner admits the salary of the respondent to be `54,000/- per month. That being so, grant of `15,000/- to the petitioner as interim maintenance is found to be reasonable. The litigation expenses of `10,000/- are also considered to be fair. Dismissed.
