The present petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. for issuance of appropriate direction to the official respondents to complete the investigation and give status report/file the challan of case bearing FIR No.101 dated 28.05.2022, registered under Sections 452, 506, 323, 148, 149 IPC, at Police Station Sadar Fazilka, District Fazilka. 2.

Learned State counsel filed the status report by way of an affidavit of Senior Superintendent of Police, Fazilka, District Fazilka, dated 30.11.2025 and refers to para 7 thereof, wherein it has been stated that a cancellation report has been filed on 09.05.2025 which is pending for 06.12.2025, while the cross case, being Rapat No.47 dated 14.06.2022 registered under Sections 323, 148, 149 IPC is under investigation.
