According to the possession notice dated 08.01.2020 (Annexure P-1), the petitioners have to re-pay a sum of ` 8,55,869.22 (Rupees Eight Lacs Fifty Five Thousand Eight Hundred Sixty Nine and Eighty Two Paise only).

Vide order dated 24.01.2020, the impugned notice dated 08.01.2020 (Annexure P-1) was stayed subject to deposit of ` 3,00,000/- (Rupees Three Lacs) by the petitioner with the respondent bank. The order dated 24.01.2020 has not been complied with. The petitioner has filed application (CM-2627-CWP-2020) for extension of time to comply with the said order.
