The appellant has filed this Letters Patent Appeal against the judgment/order dated 19.01.2024, whereby his writ petition i.e. CWP No.1190 of 2024 challenging the charge-sheet dated 10.05.2023 and the enquiry proceedings initiated on the basis of the charge sheet dated 10.05.2023, has been dismissed.

The short prayer of the petitioner is that copy of the charge sheet though has been given to him after the judgment dated 19.01.2024, however, no time was given to him to file reply to the charge-sheet and in the enquiry proceedings three dates have already been given. 3.

Notice of motion.

Keeping in view the above facts, judgment of the learned Single Bench dated 19.01.2024 is being modified to the extent that once the petitioner has given charge-sheet dated 10.05.2023, he will be given two weeks' time to file his reply from today i.e. 24.01.2024 and after considering his reply, the competent authority will take a decision in accordance with law.

In view of the above, Letters Patent Appeal is disposed of. 7.
