(Oral) Mr. Harsh Aggarwal, learned counsel for respondents No.1 and 2 submits that the objections raised qua execution and proving of report of Tehsildar (Ex.PW5/A), shall be treated as withdrawn. In view of such statement, I am of the view that the grievance of the petitioner-plaintiff to produce the report through the testimony of Tehsildar by way of additional evidence is rendered infructuous. At this stage, Mr. Rakesh Gupta, Advocate submits that he wants to tender a copy of the mutation.
