PANKAJ JAIN, J. (ORAL) Ld. Senior Counsel representing the petitioner does not wish to press this petition at this stage. However, he prays for expeditious conclusion of trial.

Keeping in view that the accused has a right to speedy trial, the Trial Court is directed to expedite the same and conclude it by drawing out a chart w.r.t. examination of the witnesses. Trial Court is further directed to ascertain that the witnesses on being summoned come present and are examined.

In view of above, the present petition is dismissed as not pressed with directions aforesaid.
