.         nitially the matter was referred to the Meditation and Conciliation centre of this court vide order dated 24.01.2023 passed by the Coordinate Bench of this Court and the arrest of the petitioner was stayed subject to the joining of investigation till the next date of hearing. Thereafter, the matter was adjourned from time to time. 3.

As per the report of the Mediator of Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court, the mediation between the parties has failed. As per the said POONAM BHATT 2024.08.02 15:59 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment

  



 (  report, on 29.04.2023, separate sessions were held with both the parties telephonically by the Mediator. On 03.05.2023, the Mediator has reported that petitioner is not interested in any further mediation and the petitioner has informed that he will not be able to attend any further mediation sessions as he is travelling for a business trip.

As per order dated 22.04.2024, Mr. Umesh Aggarwal, Advocate had put in appearance on behalf of the petitioner and sought accommodation to assist the Court. Last opportunity was granted subject to deposit of Rs.10,000/- as costs in District Legal Services Authority, Amritsar. On 11.07.2024, learned counsel for the petitioner had informed that the petitioner had not contacted him and he had no instructions to appear on his behalf. He had no knowledge whether a sum of Rs.10,000/- had been deposited with the District Legal Services Authority, Amritsar in compliance of the order dated 22.04.2024. The matter was adjourned to 19.07.2024.
