The petitioner herein is the defendant No.2 in a suit for recovery of ₹ 1,64,424/-. His application to direct Sh.Rakesh Oberoi, who had appeared as a witness to submit a copy of PAN card, has been dismissed. There is no dispute that Sh.Rakesh Oberoi had appeared in evidence and an opportunity was given to the learned counsel representing the defendant No.2 to cross-examine him. After his evidence was concluded, the petitioner's application to summon the PAN card has been dismissed. 2.

Keeping in view the aforesaid facts, no ground is made out to interfere with the impugned order. Hence, the present revision petition is dismissed.
