(ORAL) The present petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in FIR No. 598 dated 21.11.2022 under Section 21(c) of NDPS Act registered at Police Station City Mandi Dabwali, District Sirsa. Counsel for the petitioner submits that although he had mentioned the fact of one call of 10 seconds with the other accused but inadvertently he did not mention the reason for such call. He further submits that he wants to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file fresh petition with better particulars. Given above, the present petition stands disposed of having been withdrawn with liberty aforesaid. All pending miscellaneous applications, if any, stand disposed of.
