(ORAL) Through instant fifth petition under Section 439 Cr.P.C. petitioner seeks the grant of regular bail in FIR No.63 dated 15.04.2019 registered under Section 20 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 at Police Station Sanoli, District Panipat, Haryana. Without there being any change in circumstance, through the present petition the petitioner has again approached this Court for the same relief.
