(ORAL) This is a petition that has been filed for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in FIR No.120 dated 17.09.2020 registered under Sections 363, 366A IPC registered at Police Station Sadar Kotkapura, District Faridkot.

Counsel for the petitioner prays for grant bail to the petitioner by contending that the petitioner is in custody since 18.09.2020 whereas learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent-State and the complainant urge that the trial is at the fag end, as all witnesses have been examined and now the matter is posted for 05.08.2021 for recording statement of the petitioner under Section 313 Cr.P.C. Keeping in view the aforementioned fact, this Court does not deem it appropriate to allow concession of bail to the petitioner.
